Corporate Sponsorship Program

PURPOSE: In an ongoing effort to provide quality speakers, programs and communication tools, as well as, provide scholarship opportunities to healthcare students, the CT. Chapter recognizes the need to recruit Corporate Sponsors in order to meet its financial obligations.

 SPONSORSHIP LEVELS

 I.     DIAMOND SPONSOR ($5,000)

• Event Sponsor of the Golf Tournament
• 1 page profile/advertisement in one newsletter
• Listing of Sponsor’s name indicating level of sponsorship on all newsletters (4 newsletters annually)
• Listing of Sponsor’s name on the CT Chapter website
• Listing of Sponsor’s name on educational program announcements
• Four coupons for attendance at a CT. Chapter educational program of Contributors’ choice during the 2008/2009 program year ($400 value) PLUS four participants in the CT.Chapter annual golf tournament ($800 value).

II.   PLATINUM ($2,000)

• ½ page profile/advertisement in one newsletter
• Listing of Sponsor’s name indicating level of sponsorship on all newsletters published in the year of sponsorship (4 newsletters annually)
• Listing of Sponsor’s name on educational program announcements
• Four coupons for attendance at a CT. Chapter educational program of Contributors’ choice during the 2008/2009 program year ($400 value) or two participants in the CT. Chapter golf tournament ($400 value) or a free Sponsorship of one hole at a CT. Chapter golf tournament.

III.  GOLD ($1,000)

•  ¼ page profile/advertisement in one newsletter
• Listing of Sponsor’s name indicating level of sponsorship on all newsletters published in the year of sponsorship (4 newsletters annually)
• Listing of Sponsor’s name on educational program announcements
• Two coupon for attendance at a CT. Chapter educational program of Contributor’s choice during the 2008/2009 program year ($200 value) or one participant in the CT. Chapter Golf tournament.

IV. SILVER ($500)

•  Business card-sized advertisement in one newsletter
•  Listing of Sponsor’s name indicating level of sponsorship on all newsletters published in the year of sponsorship (4 newsletters annually)
• Listing of Sponsor’s name on education program announcements

V.  BRONZE ($300)

• Listing of Sponsor’s name indicating level of sponsorship on all newsletters published in the year of Sponsorship (4 newsletters annually).
• Listing of Sponsor’s name on educational program announcements.
