PURPOSE: In an ongoing effort to provide quality speakers, programs and communication tools, as well as to provide scholarship opportunities to healthcare students, the CT Chapter of HFMA recognizes the need to recruit Corporate Sponsors in order to meet its financial obligations.

The Sponsorship Program year is based upon the Chapter year (June 1 through May 31) and all benefits associated with sponsorship will be applicable only for that Chapter year, irrespective of when the sponsorship is made.  Sponsorships made after the Chapter year begins will not be prorated nor will missed benefits (i.e. recognition at prior programs or in prior newsletters) be made up.

 SPONSORSHIP LEVELS

 I.   DIAMOND SPONSOR ($5,000)

        All of the benefits of the Platinum Sponsorship plus...

  • One page profile advertisement and recognition of sponsorship in one of the Chapter Newsletters
  • 1/4 page advertisement in three additional issues of the Chapter Newsletters (total of four) 
  • Two additional coupons for attendance to the CT Chapter HFMA Annual Meeting
  • Two additional (total of four) participants in the CT Chapter Annual Golf Tournament 
  • Choice of Tee sponsorship at the CT Chapter Annual Golf Tournament

II.   PLATINUM SPONSOR ($2,500)

        All of the benefits of the Gold Sponsorship plus...

  • Sponsorship booth at the Chapter's Annual Institute (included two paid registrants) 
  • 1/2 page profile in one newsletter
  • One additional participant (total of two) in the CT Chapter Annual Golf Tournament
  • Two additional coupons for attendance (total of four) at a CT Chapter (sole sponsored **) educational program of Sponsor's choice during the program year

III.   GOLD SPONSOR ($1,500)

  • ¼ page advertisement in one newsletter published in the year of sponsorship
  • Listing of Sponsor's name in all newsletters published in the year of sponsorship (four newsletters annually)
  • Listing of Sponsor's name on educational program announcements
  • Two coupons for attendance at a CT Chapter (sole sponsored **) educational program of Sponsor's choice during the program year
  • One participant in the CT Chapter annual golf tournament 

IV.   SILVER SPONSOR ($1,000)

  • Listing of Sponsor's name in all newsletters published in the year of sponsorship (four newsletters annually)
  • Listing of Sponsor's name on education program announcements

** Sole sponsorship refers to a program that is sponsored solely by CT HFMA and not cosponsored with another organization
