Furthering Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace

Brought back by popular demand, this program will showcase several compelling first-hand accounts of climbing the corporate ladder as a woman leader. It will include a motivational keynote speaker, as well as women leaders from local health systems to serve on a panel discussion.

The Keynote Session : An Honest Conversation about Equity in the Workplace – In this discussion we will review data and research enabling an honest discussion about the varied experience of women in the workplace. We will discuss some of the barriers women face and explore what can be done to ensure women are afforded equal opportunities to learn, grow, and lead.

Panelists will discuss what their health systems are doing from a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) standpoint along with health equity initiatives within their surrounding communities.

Panelists will also address methods for incorporating DEI measures within organizations without dedicated DEI resources.
